The staff were very professional/polite and accommodating. Only thing that was not to our liking was the AC in the room. It was very loud and the system had an industrial hum when it ran. Kept us up most of the night. I would still recommend it to my friends.

We like the suites but found the one bed was missing it’s duvet and the pull out sofa mattress was in poor shape. The AC didn’t work in one bedroom. We will stay there again but I’ll speak up next time so we have a better stay.

Loved our room and the convenience of being downtown Moncton. Noticed a lot of dust in areas of the room, my only concern. The air conditioning in the room was a bit on the louder side but didn’t bother us!

Excellent despite a fire alarm
The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our suite. We were a bit inconvenienced when the fire alarm went off and we had to leave our room with our three children who were in bed at the time. We ended up being in the lobby for 30-45 minutes while we waited for maintenance to come shut off the alarm.
