The staff is amazing. They're so friendly and warm. I also loved having laundry on site! The parking is tough at $38 per night. A parking ticket is $35 😹 . We found some free parking nearby but there are parking rules. There isnt daily room service, but they provide extra towels and linens if you ask the front desk. I had such a great stay. The property is walking distance from Waikiki Beach and the shopping strip. I would definitely stay here again!!
