easy and good
We arrived very late (11pm) after a big drive from LA. The front desk stuff were very welcoming. We were hungry for dinner, and although there is no room service the hotel has many menus to order in from, or you can walk down to IHOP. The breakfast room is small and it can get awkward when they stack the dishwasher infront of you. The selection is simple which is convenient. The train station (caltrain) is a ten minute walk. It takes half an hour to get into San Fran with it and is very cheap. There is a shopping centre and restaurants about 20 minute walk North. There is a laundromat if you need to do washing about ten minutes up, just before you get to the train station. There is cookies and coffee offered every evening. The staff are very helpful with organising a taxi to the airport which was complimentary. Overall very happy!

Nice property but needs some refurbishment. Drapes are falling apart, rusting trash can in the bathroom, frayed lampshade. No comfortable seating in the room. Two padded dining type chairs. Heat is difficult to adjust. But I would stay again. Bed and bedding very comfortable. We didn’t face the busy street so it was quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Understand that the pandemic has been difficult. Would recommend.
