Clean rooms Better
We enjoyed our time in Biloxi, however the room was less to be desired on the cleanliness. The shower was not clean as their was hair still in the top soap dish. The tables were sticky and had an odor when entering the room initially. I was not impressed as I was able to get this room at a discounted rate. I was assuming that the room would be a bit nicer. It seems like this is an older hotel with some quick modern renovations.

First night at Harrah"s in ten years
I have not been able to play at Harrah's for awhile, so was pleased to see all the up grades and additions to the rooms. my friend is still a smoker so we requested a smoking room when we travel theses type of room are not maintained as well as one would desire, NOT so here. the room was fresh, clean and very well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay, will be back and hope I'm able to stay longer..

The stay was disappointing to say the least. You should not have to go without heat in your room, especially in the winter time, and when I called the front desk, to have someone look at the problem, they said,'' They would send someone up to take a look at the problem, nut NEVER DID. The check-in process was no better. Being a Gold Member of Hotels.com, was supposed to get me into the Hotel on EARLY-CHECK-IN. Since when, is 3:00 PM considered EARLY-CHECK-IN? There was other stuff that was wrong with this stay as well. Buy I really don't want to spend the time listing them all. I will NEVER EVER, stay at this property again, even if the room is comped!

The stay was fun, we alway enjoy staying at Harrahs. The food was wonderful, the room was pretty and very clean. The toilet would not flush and the water was running constantly in the toilet. The phone was dead, probably just not charged. We walked down to the the front desk twice to get someone to fix the toilet. No one ever came! I should have demanded a different room but was so tired waiting we fell asleep.

Our interaction with the front desk at check In we encountered a very In hospitable Can’t do attitude from moment one. We are gold members with hotels.com and are of the understanding g that one of the benefits of this is a 2hr later checkout. When we requested we were told it could not be done. Without a fee. We also understand you are offered a free upgrade which was not available to us. Your website says we were entitled to a spa for 2. I understand covid but upon arrival we were told no spa. Due to covid. Well then by now I feel like that is a bait and switch because we have been with covid for a year now and this was influential in me choosing your hotel to find it is not available. Also said coffee in room! None available, long story short this is NOT A 4 star hotel anywhere in the world. Very disappointing!
