Up and Coming!
First off, let me just say I would definitely stay here again. I loved how close it was to everything in El Valle and I feel like it was perfect for our group of four. However, I do feel like there is room for improvement, so as long as they take this feedback and improve, I will be returning!
The reason for the 3 stars - there was this really bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom, it was so bad that we had to keep the door closed at all times. The water in the kitchen also had a bad smell and so I wonder if there's a plumbing issue that needs to be looked at. The room didn't have what I would consider basic necessities - like an iron, or trash bags, paper towels, and at one point I had to request more TP because they only provided one roll. There was no housekeeping services provided during our stay and so I feel like trash accumulated and it was just difficult to keep the place clean without any cleaning supplies or at a minimum, trash bags. Other than that, everything was great, loved how "private" the rooms are and the pool area was nice and clean.
