Very convenient location
The hotel was very clean and so close to the train station. It’s also very close to both the Munich old town and the Oktoberfest celebrations.

Great value, clean and comfortable
The hotel is lovely and clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. Excellent location close to the hauptbahhof, which we used to make various day trips to Zugspitze and Starnbergersee and travel on to Vienna. Also walking distance to Marienplatz and the markt and all the old city sights. The street has some interesting characters but I never felt worried or unsafe.

The hotel had everything we wanted in our room, breakfast was good, and the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in Munich. Transport links are also brilliant here too, and the city centre is only 15 mins away.

Bwd bugs room 202
Woke up in middle of night with bed bugs biting me in room 202. Even caught one and squished it, with blood spotting my pillow. My son was also bit. Took the actual bug and pillow case with blood to show front desk mext morning. They showed slight concern, but offered no apology. Staff was otherwise nice and breakfast good. Room was as represented on site..But bed bugs soured entire stay and 14 hours later the bites are more itchy and swollen.

Disappointed
We didn’t feel the reviews we had read before we booked were accurate with our experience. Yes it was close to the City Center and train station which was what we were looking at. But our room wasn’t clean. You could hear too much of the other rooms experience. I also felt somewhat unsafe walking at night near our hotel. Front door staff was overly friendly. Disappointed
