The Ubud Village Resort & Spa

Great resort with amazing private villas and facilities. Very relaxing yet so close to busy central Ubud with shuttle service available.

Very nice hotel and gardens with Villa experience. Main pool area also very good. Staff very enthuiastic to ensure guests needs are met. Shuttle free of charge into sister hotel every hour up until 10pm quite handy as taxis are rare in Ubud and charge too much.

Not too far from Ubud Center although traffic sometimes makes it difficult to travel anywhere. Beautiful grounds. .

Amazing hotel very well located within Ubud. One of the nicest hotel I have stayed at with a excellent service and staff. Varying breakfast everyday and outstanding scenery. Highly recommend it. We spent for nights there and never had a complaint. The villas are amazing and the private swimming poils, outside bath and showers and central bedroom make for a very unique experience.

A welcome haven away from the madness of Ubud. Lovely grounds with some nice touches such as a daily free afternoon tea and the hourly shuttle bus into Ubud. The main pool was beautiful as were the restaurant buildings and the grounds. However, our villa felt very tired - the indoor and outdoor shower both trickled out water, despite using at different times of the day (i.e late at night or afternoon when demand was likely to be lower) and the ponds in the villa were really dirty and murky - the fish could barely be seen. Internally, the villa was nice but the fixtures and fittings could do with some updating / refeshing. It was a little disappointing given the price point of the villas and the fact that the hotel boasts many luxury boutique hotel accolades - it didn’t feel particularly luxurious, in my opinion. I stayed in 2 much nicer quality hotels in Bali on this trip for less money per night. Perhaps we were unlucky with our villa allocation. Despite our disappointment with the quality of the room, we found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming; the restaurant food was lovely (we only ate there one night) and the breakfast set menu (changing daily) was a refreshing change from the repetitive buffet set-up.

Wonderful stay in Ubud! Incredible value for money - the rooms made you feel like royalty. Really friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!

・1月のウブドのため雨が降るだろうということで，東屋があるホテルを探してこのホテルにしました。 ・「Village Suite 1 Villa」というヴィラを予約しました。敷地の中でもっともよい場所にあるヴィラで，「４３２」と番号のヴィラでした。掃除は，1日2回あります。しかし，15時ごろになっても来ない日があり，電話で督促をしてやってもらいました。そのようなところはとても残念です。 ・ガラディナーが希望制ではなく，全員参加のため12月31日に参加しました。19時から20時までがカクテル，立食でした，19時に行ったため途中で飽きてしましました。20時ごろにレストランに移動する連絡があり，レストランに移動しました。席はヴィラごとの指定席でした。ヴィッフェスタイルの食事でお肉中心でした。飲み物は紅茶以外別料金でした。1グループ1テーブルのため，気を使う必要はありませんでした。服装もみんなカジュアルでした。私たちは，21時30分ごろまで食事やステージを見ながら過ごし，会計を済ませて，ヴィラに戻りました。夜の1時ごろまでやっていたようです。でも1時を過ぎるととても静かになりました。海沿いのホテルだと朝方まで重低音の音楽が鳴り続け，花火などでとても寝ることができませんが，こちらのホテルは，1時頃だととても静かになりました。 ・ホテルから歩いて5分程度の場所にコンビニ，レストランなどたくさんありました。ウブドの街中にも歩いて行ける距離です。ウブドの町にはシャトルバスで行くことができます。1時間に1本あります。予約をする必要はありません。ホテルを00分に出発して10分程度でウブドの街中にある系列のホテルに到着します。帰りは，その系列のホテルを15分に出発します。系列のホテルが出発なので，シャトルバスを待つ間そのホテルのロビーで待つことができます。シャトルバスが到着すると系列のホテルスタッフが案内してくれます。 ・朝食は少し残念な感じがします。メニューを見て注文するスタイルです。コーヒーorティー，果物，卵料理，パン，フルーツジュースが基本となっています。ナシゴレン，おかゆなどのインドネシア料理もありました。正直少し寂しいです。夕食は，ガラディナーを除いて2回ともホテルの外で食べました。 ・送迎は，ホテルに頼みました。サヌールからの送迎（35万ルピア）と空港までの送迎（60万ルピア）です。ホテルに送迎を頼むと安心があります。事前に日本からメールで頼んでおきました。

I went the halfday trip with the hotel driver. He was so kind and told me a lot about Ubun culture. I'll never forget about that wonderful day in Ubud. Thank you, Mr.Karan!! Every staff always smiles so nicely. I didn't feel any stress there. So peaceful. Yoga class was also wonderful.

ヴィラのプールが小さく排出されてないので葉っぱや虫などはずーっとプールの中にいた。
