The hotel gave me additional charge for silly reason, they said the payment for a cleaner when check out. The customer already pay for the whole hotel cost , why we need to pay for a cleaner after leaving?

Imagine Wrap is such a great place to stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the Imagine Wrap. I have stayed in this building before using management on the oaks side so this was my first using the “Imagine” side of the building. Mirjana, from management along with another young girl I met when I left my key upstairs where so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. It’s about a 3 minute walk to Southbank restaurants and casino and an easy 10 minute walk into town. I look forward to my mid year stay. Thanks for the great chats too Mirjana.

Great apartment in Southbank location
Great location. Walked everywhere we needed to go to. Apartment was spacious and well appointed kitchen with full size fridge and washing machine. Bathroom small but ok for one. Only issue for us was that there was no parking available in the hotel so we had to walk about 10 minutes with our cases. Other than that it was great.
