Overall, I was very happy with the property. It was very spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the the shower hose in the en-suite bathroom. There was a leak where the hose connected to the wall. It was a minor inconvenience and we had a two bathroom apartment, so we just used the other bathroom.

Extremely disappointed
This property is well overpriced. There is no reception at the property, you need to go next door to check in and interact with staff. The pool and spa were freezing. Yes it wasnt summer when we went and its a tropical climate but other hotels have heated pools for their guests or at least a heated spa. You have to pay for the car park, $15 per night which is ridiculous considering the nightly rate. The car park is small and tight to park in. The sprinklers were packed with wet paper towel that had dried and gone mouldy which seemed like a fire risk. The toilet in the main bathroom ran for ages and sometimes didnt flush. We were advised we were too noisy on the balcony at 6pm on a friday night. Apparently there are elderly permanent residents in the building. Another resident advised you cant even talk or laugh loud without getting in trouble. The furniture was worn. The apartment was spacious and had a modern kitchen however the 'mountain view' was a car park. Dont recommend this hotel at all.

Great location and service from the property managers. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 6 to spread out. Having 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was handy as well. Would highly recommend staying here.
