When I booked the hotel on Expedia website it showed that it was 0.9 km away from Haram. This was not true, it was more than 3 Km away, so cannot be walked. Secondly, the area and the facility was disgusting. Thirdly, when we tried to check in, the receptionist couldn’t locate the reservation and wanted us to pay again although the money was already withdrawn by Expedia, which means there was lack of coordination with Expedia. When we saw the room it looked disgusting, the carpet was filthy, the washroom sink was clogged, the tab broken and no place to shower. We couldn’t spend an hour in this hotel and had to find another place. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience and wasted money. We hold Expedia accountable because we trusted the information on its website and it was our booking agent not the hotel itself. We are very disappointed and frustrated and feel like we got deceived by Expedia.

Nothing like advertised!
The pictures and rating tell of a pleasant story, however reality starts to hit as soon as you try to reach the hotel, google location is wrong and your taxi will struggle to find the place, it looks nothing like the picture. The service is non existing, 20-30 minutes waiting for a receptionist to check you in, you're given a room that is nothing like the one you saw in the pictures or even with the same criteria, you cannot get someone to answer your call to complain or ask to change your room. The room is not comfortable, very small and the worst part is the washroom which looks nothing like the modern washroom in the pictures. If you're aim isto book online thinking you will get what you're promised only to arrive close to midnight to be unpleasantly surprised then book here, otherwise don't let the close distance to the Haram trick you into booking here.

Disappointing but livable!!!
Problem was that 24 hours noise and one cannot rest or sleep anytime. Hygiene was an issue and I just did it myself. No Internet access for days and when it's on not strong either. I know for the rate paid could get much better. Some of the workers are really helpful whereas some oblivious altogether. Transport to/from Kabbah provided but one have to hassle their way all the time. The buses are not in my view suitable for elderly as too high for getting on and off.

It’s a reasonable hotel with not to far from Haram. But it isn’t very clean! The management needs to ensure the hotel as a whole, and rooms in particular should be well cleaned & maintained.
