The bed was unfortunately so uncomfortable and so used that it formed a hollow centre making it for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Location is great, foyer was inviting but rooms need some basic maintenance eg kitchen cupboard doors are worn, rust in bathroom vanity, stains on coffee table.

This is probably the worst accomodation I've ever stayed in. Our balcony looked over a run down carpark. Had to park on the street overnight because of insufficent parking. The room itself was so poorly maintained and the cleaniness... someone elses long black hair all in the shower and bathroom and food residue in the oven.
