We love staying at the Gaia. It is a very unique property under newer ownership. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are adequate as they are in the process of renovating them. The staff is terrific and the Woodside Grill (onsite restaurant) is wonderful in all aspects. It is very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean.

The stsy was beyond words the staff was a delight and the property was wonderful thy even had pond where you can buy fish food to fee he fish and they even had a fire pit where you can buy a smore kit. Our stay was wonderful even the breakfast with 20% off voucher it was amazing

Drove from Bay Area to Redding for business. Booked a spa treatment to help unwind after a long drive, and it definitely helped especially with sleep. Room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The fitness facilities had cardio equipment and weights- enough to get a good workout in the morning. The restaurant was clean with friendly staff. On Sunday there was live entertainment at dinner. All in all great overnight stay!

Huge rooms, multiple configurations of beds, we got a ground floor room with patio, which was great for our dog. Room was spotless clean. Woodside restaurant had excellent service and food. Lovely landscaping is being updated, swimming pool. Lawn area at back of the spa is beautiful, right on the river and excellent for exercising your dog.

Staff super welcoming when we arrived. Efficient, and helpful! Room was very good, although we did have a lot of noise from neighboring rooms….entering/leaving late at night & letting door slam. Bouncing on beds above us. We didn’t call the desk to ask for help with this though, and eventually they calmed down.
