Great place to stay
Excellent location!! Very close to main train station and subway locations. Staff took our needs and requests personally as if a normal request (need a towel) somehow meant there was a breakdown somewhere along the way and they were going to make sure the situation was remedied immediately. Breakfast bar was excellent. Everything was neat and clean - and the food was outstanding. The chocolate muffin was to die for. The front desk staff was polite and very helpful while still being efficient. Also, having so many charging stations that did not require adapters was also a very nice touch.I highly recommend this location.

Good 6.0
Nice hotel but staff attitude to be enhanced
The room is a bit tiny but it is comfy to stay and its proximity to transportation is a plus. One of the male receptionist is very nice, unfortunately I forgot his name, which impressed us. Yet, other staff's service attitude are quite bad and they are not being helpful at all which makes our stay quite an unpleasant one. Overall this hotel is nice but need to train the staff better as a service provider. In addition, the cleaner who did our room cleaning on our first day is a bit messy, when we got into our room, most of the amenities were missed out and after I called to reception, the staff asked me to go down to take them by myself; and when I went down the staff just gave things which were not I wanted. That's unpleasant as well. But prior to our first day arrival, I emailed the hotel for an early check-in request if the room is available by then since we would arrive early in the morning, they replied email promptly yet they can't guarantee we can get our room early as their hotel is quite fully booked during summer; however when we checked in that early morning, they did offer us super early check in which enabled us to settle ourselves aftet a long flight there. This is a little surprise to us though:)

Very good 8.0
we booked 2 standard rooms and they gave us one standard size room and the other was the smallest room in the hotel. The Room was that small the door of the bathroom openend outage way and hit the side of the bed with only 0ne extra tiny wardrobe which only fitted 2 coats in we had to take out the ironing board to try and make extra room for a few shirts. on the other side of the bed was a sloping roof which was that close to the bed you hit your head getting out of bed if you weren't careful which to be honest my partner did and gave him self a massive bruise on his forehead. When I say small it was tiny. We stayed in it for one night as by the time we arrived we were too tired to complain. Next morning I complained to which the recepsionist replied "well you have booked a standard room and it is 17 square meters!" after a little bit of a stare and a few words they agreed and moved us to a bigger "standard" room which was probably the average size of what we would have expected for a standard room. Also Breakfast was not at all great and not worth the money do your self a favour and eat outside the hotel loads of cafes to choose from with a great little bakers/ patisserie just to the left of the front doors of the hotel

Still a good choice, disappointing service
I have stayed here several times before and I always love the hotel and location. This time I was surprised by several service issues I have not encountered in the past. My room was not cleaned the second day I was there. I got back at 5:00 PM and it had not been serviced. I went down to the lobby and told the front desk. They said they would get it done immediately so I was waiting in the bar. The front desk staff member came over to tell me it was my fault because I left and "Do Not Disturb" sign out, but that was not the case as I left very early for meetings and did not use the sign at all. When I said this he very rudely said the cleaning staff were sure that was the case. I waited about 20 minutes and finally asked if the room was done. He said he didn't know but "I was free to go up and check." I did and it was, but it delayed me from joining a conference call in the US. I also had to get new keys twice.

A few improvements would make this hotel perfect
Executive room was a nice size. Bathroom a bit small. A few issues: only four electric sockets in room - all on one wall opposite the bed, so can't charge mobile next to bed overnight and have it easily accessible or use laptop in bed if charging. Also NO bedside tables. The wall attached hairdryer had a cable SO short - about 30cm - you had to either stoop or sit on the toilet to use it. Tiny lift that fit (only) just 1 person and 1 suitcase. Often had lengthy wait 10-15 mins as was also being used by staff - they did not get out and give guests priority. Staff not very organised during check in and out, so just 3 guests at reception caused a real logjam. Annoying to also have a day and night bell to enter hotel.
