Stay here!!!
This is possibly one of the nicest places I have stayed. It’s a very short walk to the Osaka station and Metro lines. The staff was SO kind and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. Last but not least, the breakfast is superb!

The hotel was very nice. Brand new and amenities were very good. We were very un-happy about services that the hotel staff did not provide. My husband asked for assistance in mailing an envelope. It was a pre-paid envelope to mail a wifi router that he had rented. The clerk at the front desk refused to mail it for him. When my husband asked for assistance in how to mail it he was not given very clear directions where to find a mail box. He had to walk a few blocks and got lost trying to find his way. And on the day that we checked out we asked the front desk to call taxis to take us to the train station. The clerk working that morning refused and pointed to were the taxi stand was. We were very surprised that this service could not be provided since at the previous 3 hotels they were very happy to assist us. Up to that moment we were very satisfied with the cleanliness and location of the hotel. Check in and courtesy of staff at that time was excellent. Unfortunately we were not too happy with these 2 incidences of lack of service.

New hotel completed 1st Aug 2022. Comfortable.
I would like to thanks the staffs for the excellent service. Very helpful and friendly. Checking in and checking out is by machine, but the staffs will help u on it too. Hotel breakfast was 👍 Hotel is near to umeda/Osaka station. It is located near to lots of eating streets. Very happening at night. Only disadvantage, shower room doesn’t have hanging place. All changing clothing need to leave outside shower room. Basically it is a small cubical enter to shower. I have a girl and a boy so not so convenient for my girl.

Conveniently located close by to stations and different shopping malls. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff that don’t speak English. The room was clean in general. I did find the pillows were too firm and not comfortable at all. Also, I was a bit disappointed that body lotion was not offered in the basic toiletries.
