Work out the kinks before your open
This hotel isn’t really ready to be open. We were booked for a 2 night stay. Night 1 the room was small but doable. There was no TV and we just figured that none of the rooms have them. Bathroom was tiny!! I opened the bathroom door, had to slide in next to the toilet, close the door to find the shower. We were still trying to stay positive, until morning when we had NO hot water. I complained at the desk and they said they had to order a part and there wouldn’t be any hot water for a few more days.we headed out for our day and when we got back I say, No hot water AND No TV? How are we supposed to shower after being in the heat all day. They offer to upgrade us to a bigger room with TV… didn’t work. Change out the TV, they don’t have service for the TV I needed to input my personal streaming information into their TV to watch anything. Very frustrated because I still couldn’t make it work. I go back downstairs to ask for help AGAIN and our room door doesn’t latch. Maintenance guy comes try to fix it. He says it will latch now, just have to slam the door. What? Don’t mind our neighbors. Just slam the door when we want to leave. The only thing this place has going for it is the fact that it’s new. Once the newness wears off, they won’t be able to fall back on that excuse. We finally got NETFLIX to work with the help of one of the workers. She was a sweetheart and helped me get my service to work. Front desk tried to make me happy but things kept adding up

DO NOT stay at this location, it shouldn’t even be open to guests yet. It’s still fully under construction. They are still building the rooms right beside where they are putting guests and it is so loud from 8am - 7pm. Pool was also emptied for most of the time I was there. Coworking space was just as loud and never had drinking or coffee available. Nice kitchen but they don’t even have any cutlery yet. Not sure how they’re allowed to be open and charging guests at this point.
