Lovely staff and clean cozy rooms. This was my second time staying here and the staff remembered me and treated me just as well as the first time. The beds are super comfortable, and it's definitely nice to have a hot breakfast every morning as well as a complimentary laundry room for longer stays. The pool was heated as well, which I unfortunately never got to experience but it always looked clean and was never crowded.

Disappointing
Underwhelming. First room was filthy, smears on the coffee table, hair in the sink, dusty shelves and even breadcrumbs on top of the fridge. Got moved to a second room. The second room the AC kept going in and out and when I tried to call the desk, my phone wasn’t even connected. Also the couch is from 1970 and didn’t receive the same upgrade the rest of the building did. It was my last night so I didn’t bother moving again. At checkout I told the lady behind the desk and she said management would reach out to me and took down my number. Still have yet to receive a phone call. At this point I don’t care anymore. Not staying here again. Townplace suites is across the road and always enjoyable.

Hidden gem
The overall stay was excellent. All of the staff members were friendly & pleasant. The hotel location is ideal - meaning it is close to all shopping, food venues & express ways. The video of the hotel is not deceiving.
