Great stay but hot water is lacking
Overall the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful, their hard work shows! They had a great to-go breakfast and even a dinner during my 3-night stay. The room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the hot water - there barely was any, and I found myself shivering in the shower during my December stay. Due to my crazy schedule, I showered during several different times but the lack of hot water was the same each time. I heard several other guests complain about the same thing in the lobby or at the front desk.

Comfortable and clean room. We enjoyed a suite with separate bedroom. Was really a one bed apartment with kitchen.Good set up for family travel. Good breakfast to go with hot foods - scrambled eggs, sausage, bisquit, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt. Friendly staff. Fast check in.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Las Cruces. We have family here so we visit on a somewhat regular basis. Some things you have to watch for in any hotel. For example, in the dishwasher, all dishes washed, but had some lipstick on one of the coffee cups. Not the end of the world, by any means. Again, just something one should pay attention to and look for. Bed was not as comfortable as before. Staff as always, very friendly, and helpful.

Big hotel, just ok
Check in was efficient...but we are an older couple and they put us in the room furthest from the elevator...probably not a great idea! Also, we chose this hotel b/c it was the only one we could find in Las Cruces with an EV charger--we have a Tesla. Well, the charger was not free (every other hotel with a charger has been free) and it was a long way off I-10, big disappointment! And, we had to move our car b/c the best parking, most lighting in the lot, belonged to the adjoining pizza parlor and they claimed they would tow.

With everything going on, we've gotten used to wiping everything down with Clorox Wipes we always carry. My wife brought it to my attention when she noticed that the wipes had not turned color when she was done. Everything was really clean!!!
