Staff was nice, property is well maintained and overall we had a nice time. My only complaint was the valet parking. Every time we called for our car we had to wait up to 15 mins despite calling 20 mins ahead as they recommended. They kept saying their computers were down or something was not working properly with the texting service. We were later to multiple reservations so I was pretty annoyed with that.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of cannery row with just a short walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and several outstanding restaurants. The deck overlooking the bay with comfortable seating and fire pits was a favorite spot of ours. We saw sea otters and sea lions in the bay and found it difficult to leave to continue our trip. We are already planning to come back next June! Book it you will love the hotel!
