Nice clean property - easily walkable area
We were only here for one night upon arrival in France, with departure to Boredeaux in the morning. Chose this location due to easy access to the SNCF Montparnasse station (3 min away). Very clean property with friendly staff. Easy and safe to walk to dining in the area.

Good modern hotel
Hotel is very well maintained, modern and clean. As with most Parisian hotels, rooms are fairly small but not uncomfortably so. Location is also convenient, close to metro and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Just one mention, the bed protectors quality is really average which means that you sweat a lot over night and is does not match the quality of betting and mattress comfort. We stayed several times and this may affect my choice with you hotel next time. Thank you!

I requested a full refund. The property stated they have no ac during this time only heat and we should be glad that our window open a little cause some rooms don’t. No where to charge our phone we wasn’t aware we needed a special charger and also they had no small wash cloths. Toilet had to be push several times before it will be flush. We never got no sleep. We sat in the lobby with the front desk staff who was rude and telling everybody about the air. I have pictures of us sitting in the lobby. I would never use Expedia again if I don’t get a refund
