It was a great experience. There was a slight problem with my initial room not having clean bedding. Went to front desk to get clean bedding and was given a whole new room. Totally happy with the service provided.

This Hotel has the BEST Staff you will ever come across. Friendly, kind, welcoming, and so helpful. Every single person. The kind lady who ran the breakfast, the personable night clerk, every gal at the front desk. I know I will be back to this hotel.

Undisclosed deposit.
Stay was fine. Disappointed I had to put down a $200 deposit for a $78 room. They said it was because I booked it through a 3rd party. (Hotel.com) There was no mention of this during the booking process. Bery disappointed.

The front-desk service could only be described as the best I've ever received! Truly fabulous! The first room was listed as 'non-smoker' but had a definite "scent" to it, and they happily changed us to another room. Every single employee was friendly! The lady serving breakfast deserves extra-special notice for her great attitude! The room was clean, quiet, with great pillows, sheets, and space. The location deserves special notice as well, being amazingly convenient to the interstate, restaurants, coffee,and a traffic light to get to it all! Even the towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. were top notch! Downsides (because there's always a few!). 1) The showerhead needs cleaning - it spit water in more directions than a supernova. 2) the tub. I've never thought the slope on the floor of a tub could be dangerous, but it is here! Seriously, it's treacherous to turn around.. 3) Breakfast. A solid "MEH" at best. Apparently the food is trucked in, and it shows. premade omlets, sausage, and biscuits were all edible, but that's about it. Think about luke-warm congeiled velvetta and that's the quality.
