Tried to get a drink in the bar with various people drinking to be told the man was too busy manning reception to serve drinks, in spite of no one being at reception. Holiday Inn Reggio Emilia - great choice

Perfect place to stop.over for Reggio Emilia just off the A1. Good facilities, excellent breakfast and the restaurant served good quality food. The bed was a little small for two but there was a pull out bed option. Reggio is a nice town to explore, it can be done in half a day. Try the regional sweet pumpkin ravioli pasta and cheese. Delicious

The hotel is good and well located, near to the highway. We tried to dine in Reggio Emilia but we were unlucky and we were unsuccessfull on 3 tries. We dined at the hotel and the food the fitst trial was too salty. The second try was below average.
