Good value for the price - would book again. Looked and smelled clean and good space for a family of four. Check-in: Had to call 3-4 times before someone replied and sent an SMS with instructions. Double bed mattress pretty worn out, the bunk beds had nice and firm mattresses. Most of the playground was broken or seemed unsafe to use. Free parking was a plus.

Perfect for families with kids

Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

Easy check in with an unmanned reception, but we were assigned the wrong room at first, and we were a bit confused when we didn't find our key, but after calling them the misunderstanding were fixed. Breakfast was ok. Lots of toys in the garden for the kids to play with, and some rabbits (at least I hope there were more than one rabbit in the cage, I saw only one) Room decor was interesting, it felt like spending the night at your grandmothers house, with floral curtains and a painted veiling. But it was comfortable and clean. Easy parking and close to Heide park.

We got the apartment located in the basement of the nearby house. It was clean, beds were comfy but the basement was very damp. We only stayed the night for sleeping on our way to France. Needed a cheap room. Breakfast was good, and breakfast area was clean. You get what you pay for, so not complaining. But the experience would have been far better if the basement was dry. - kind of fun too, one of the elderly neighbors yelled at me for littering the parking area. There was some paper tissues that had been laying there for days and he accused me for throwing my garbage all over the area.

We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards. It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park.

Mold everywhere and irresponsible hotel.

We visited the hotel at 9:30 pm, there were nobody in receptions, we have to call and the instructions were very unclear from the phone. It took us more than 45 minutes to find the room, and unfortunately, the condition of the room is unacceptable. Due to health concerns—specifically mold on the mattress and walls—we cannot stay at the property. We therefore need to change a room. The hotel asked for 20 euro extra for change to another room, it turned out the new room also has mold problem. We didn’t stay there. We left the hotel at 10:30 PM.
