The friendliest staff I have ever met at a hotel!!
In have to admit this is the friendliest staff at any hotel I have ever been at. They go above and beyond to make sure service was above and beyond. It was just eight days, but my wife and I knew most of the staff, and we were treating them like our extended family.

Dissapointed
I had a bad accident slipping in the bath and cracking my head open as i fell. I went to reception who had no first aider on site. Only assistance i was given was antiseptic wipes and to complete an accident form. No follow-up calls from hotel to see if i was ok. Looks like i will be scarred now
