We've been regular guest because we enjoy Bruges city. Duke's always welcoming and provide a good 5 Star standard. Tried out Spa, was abit disappointed with lack of reception, had to ask for water bottle and no relaxing music to add to spa experience. Needs improvement.

Lovely spacious rooms
Lovely central location, impressive looking hotel with spacious rooms. We stayed four nights and the front desk/concierge staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The only issue I had with this particular hotel is that the rooms do not have sufficient and convenient power sockets. Not enough sockets for phone charging and no socket near a mirror to be able to use hair straighteners. Room servicing was a little hit and miss on occasion with bath mats provided instead of hand towels, shower gel/vanity kits not replenished and coffee cups/glasses not washed/replaced with clean items.
