6/10 Good

We arrived late due to bad weather and were exhausted. The Elevator was down and the Room was on side of highway. the hotel is not well insulated and it was so noisy that we didn’t sleep much. Breakfast was nice and buffet had everything. I would not stay here again.

The elevator wasn't working, so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor, and they were very dirty. However, the room was very comfortable and modern.

Rooms were not fully cleaned because of leftover items from previous guest found in the fridge. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

10/10 Exceptional

Our room was really clean. The pullout bed didn’t have linen on it but housekeeping came rather quickly at 10:30pm and gave it to us. The free breakfast was really good. All the staff were really friendly. The pool was a little cloudy. But overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. It’s only 7 minutes from LegoLand and we paid less than half the price of the resort.
