    Complaint

    Hotel stank of weed. Dogs barking in rooms . I complained -they said they couldn’t move me that night . They said the dogs wouldn’t be there the second night but they were . I called again - they said they would have no way of knowing if they’re were still staying! I should get a refund ! Then it was too late to move me ! Ice machine outside the room too so didn’t have a good stay wouldn’t ever come back

    You get what you pay for

    The room is super tiny, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the neighbors were partying until the early morning and it was incredibly loud, and the smell of weed was wafting through the vents the entire night. This hotel is very affordable for the location and is very much a “you get what you pay for” situation. The people we talked to from the hotel were great, parking was super easy, and the location truly is great. Lots of great food and shopping around.

    Recent stay

    I was not pleased with my stay. Had to request new bed sheets because they did not look clean. Also was disappointed by the parking situation. $40 per night and still had to take ubers so I wouldn't lose my spot.. the upside- the front staff was very pleasant and tried their best to make things right.

    Had complications checking in. Required information and booking credit card but was never stipulated during booking. Received two phone calls during stay from front desk one to ask about the check in the other to ask me if I was smoking in my room because they smelt smoke and appeared to be coming from my room. I do not nor have ever smoked

    The rooms were dirty. Carpets tore up. No hot water. One room the heat was on hell and couldn’t adjust. The other room was freezing. Was told I could have all three rooms I booked because of family and young kids they were suppose to be all on same floor. Holiday Inn cancelled my rooms after running a credit card when I was suppose to pay onsite. Upon check in the lady was nice enough to reinstate but that’s ridiculous.

    We had to pay $40 for parking, but was convenient because the parking was onsite. I loved that they had full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was grab and go with plenty of food for one person compared to another hotel we stayed at. Very pleased. Would stay here again.

    Worst Hotel Stay

    We arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm and had to wait a half hour for our room keys even though check in was at 3pm. The room was terribly unclean - the sheets were dirty with what looks like crumbs. The bathroom smelled like urine and there were noticeable parts of the bathroom floor that had sticky urine spots. We also did not have full sized towels in our room.
