    Great staff needs maintenance

    We like staying there room prices have certainly gone up over the last year and now added taxes on drinks etc had to request new linnen as where grey wonderful staff and good location I showed a manager maintenance was needed ss door scraping on the floor to bathroom he said no problem just lift it up🤔

    We have just spent 10 days at Champlung. Not 5 star but comfortable, rooms cleaned & serviced daily & awesome, friendly staff. Food is good & close to most shopping, restaurants & beach. Slight smell from shower drains, we put our floor towel over the drain when shower was not in use, no smell. This smell is also around Bali occasionally so not just hotel. Overall happy with our stay & will definitely stay again.

    We have just spent 10 days at Champlung. Not 5 star but comfortable, rooms cleaned & serviced daily & awesome, friendly staff. Food is good & close to most shopping, restaurants & beach. Slight smell from shower drains, we put our floor towel over the drain when shower was not in use, no smell. This smell is also around Bali occasionally so not just hotel. Overall happy with our stay & will definitely stay again.

    The room was ok, the bathroom needs a good clean, while showering the water runs all over the floor, there was mould in the bathroom, the internet did not work in the room you had to sit out on the balcony which was too hot to sit out there for long. I booked a Deluxe room which looked more like a standard room. When asked the staff I could not confirm whether the room was a Deluxe. One thing I did like was that the hotel employed people with a disability.

    It was good. Housekeeping done daily. room service available at all hours and could eat in restaurant at anytime through day and evening. Staff were lovely. Our toilet was leaking for first 2 days but fixed. air conditioning was brilliant.
