The rooms are older but clean for a 40 year old motel, staff are right there if you need them and willing. Breakfast is the basic but very clean area and tasteful enough. Enjoyed the coffee and sausage and biscuits. Pool EXTREMELY well kept, I would definitely book here again in future.

This place has been a great place to stay. From check in to check out they will go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. This is my preferred place to stay when visiting Destin. The price is right, the amenities are all right there and the customer service is outstanding. Ask and they'll make it happen.

The man who checked us was extremely helpful with a room problem as was the staff. He also took photos of my wife and I for our anniversary.

6/10 Good

Very sweet staff, the main room was okay but our bathroom was gross. Looked like the main room was part of one hotel and the bathroom was part of a different rundown hotel.

The breakfast is really very poor, the mattresses uncomfortable, the pillows terrible, the shower faucet was so hard that I hurt my wrist, the shower curtain very stained. The staff is very friendly.

8/10 Very good

Great stay for the price and location is phenomenal. My one concern was a slight stench of BO in the room we stayed that seemed to be pumped by the AC.

Breakfast runs only to 9 am. Furniture is aged, but location is convenient to local attractions.

10/10 Exceptional

This is a very cared for property! Dont overlook this one!! This location is within walking distance to Harborwalk Village and a lot of restaurant choices. I was by myself and it was above the standard for a typical hotel. The A/C could have been cooler and the fridge froze my stuff but over all it was great.
