This is a lovely property on the waterfront with a variety of beautiful seating areas overlooking the lake and gardens. The service was friendly and the breakfast was great. There's a nice pub next door as well as options within the Inn. It's just down the street from the departure point for Thousand Island boat tours. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved that it was right on St Lawrence river and could watch the boats from the restaurant deck. Room was small and quaint. Shower only fits one, but for a vintage appeal it was great.

    Location and charm.

Great location classic old inn. Updated while preserving the charm and era of the property. Very clean Negatives: we were 4 seniors having to drag luggage etc up 2 flights... staff should have helped. 2 restaurants but both had same limited pub style menu; we were hoping for a little finer dining. These issues may be due to Covid19

    Not very clean

You would think during a global pandemic that simple comfort cleaning such as wiping down light switches would be top priority. Not the case here - the light switches were literally filthy. The carpet was pretty gross too. The bedding was damp and there were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the bathroom. I know this time has been hard on businesses but that should have been an excuse to over deliver instead of under. We were disappointed.

Location is great, some of the front desk staff was very rude, no manners how to speak with the guests staying at the inn. Very disappointed with their behavior.

The Inn is beautifully located on the water with exceptional patio dining. Reasonably priced with lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful views from the restaurant patios (though not from our room). Was a nice enough room, somewhat outdated and no fridge. Staff when we fieat arrived were not the friendliest but other shifts were great. Bed was very comfortable.
