Amazing views and service!
We loved staying here and the view from the lobby was incredible! In walking distance from the heart of Ginza and easy access to train stations too.

Can be perfect if room size selected is larger
Room was clean, modern hotel but we got a very small room despite we were a couple. No place to hang the towels after shower . No drawers or shelf for personal items. It is more fitting business travelers traveling alone .

A Pleasant Surprise in Ginza
A very new and stylish hotel with a 16th-floor lobby with great views. Rooms are small, but luxuriously appointed. Service is excellent (and English-speaking). The breakfast buffet is better than expected with some unusual items. Internet was fast and trouble-free, not usual in Japan. The Giza location is a few blocks from the main stations but in the middle of Ginza shopping and nightlife. Despite the location, no issues with street noise. A pleasant oasis in central Tokyo if you don't mind the smaller rooms. My new first choice for the area.

Got some attitude
very unpleasnt I won't spend my time writing all the deatails here. The point is I will never come again. A guy at the front should communicate clearly. No one expect to hear "I told you" from employees at hospitality industry. Are you saying " I knew that you are gonna be screwed up and begging for alternative after sending me to the room? " to me? This is almost first time leaving review after hundreds stays and more than 30 stays at Tokyo. Hotel itself is OK. I had very unpleasnt situation with one guy there. It is not one single mistake but it is his nature I guess. The hotel should recognize how one employee can destroy the reputation so easily.
