    Exceptional 10.0
The hotel is newer and is well keeped. The room was not as big as what I thought it would be for the price I payed and it is somewhat pricey. The Pool was small but nice and clean and open until 12:00 midnight and 6 A.M. for a quiet swim in the morning. It was convenient to walk down to the casino for supper at the pub which was very good and play some games before going to bed. Everything was handy. The staff was great and very friendly. Other than being very pricey for the size of the room it was a great stay.

    Good 6.0
Ok but nowhere to go to but your room
Hotel is clean, bright and beds are comfy to me. But, there is only one restaurant with limited staff. Staff are cheery, but service is slow, don't be in a rush, give yourself an hour for breakfast. Yes, breakfast, i did not use it for lunch or supper. I was there for a conference, meeting rooms were good, sound and light good, break refreshments were good. But the hall area was tight. A shining light was a surprise, I was there a Tuesday and they hold a corporation hour, free drinks and snacks for hotel guests. I stumbled onto it as no one at front desk told me the 'lounge' had it. i was there for four days. if you need to be there, take a car, nothing to walk too. Nothing. Transit is every 30 min. There is a casino there, clean and lots of one arm bandits. some tables, but you better be serious to be at a table. The locals don't like 'outsiders' messing up there system. i can't type the names I was called for being a casual gambler. I moved tables twice then left. after leaving a donation of course, but would not go back due to the people at the tables. but if you need to be there, take a car or Uber. much cheaper and better than local cab/limo services. All in all staff are good there, pleasant folk, but location is really bad.

    Exceptional 10.0
We were having a night away and wanted to get in early. The website had accidently overbooked our room, but the hotel keeps suites to the side to help in such situations so no one is ever without a room. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and the staff was super helpful and friendly never made me feel like a bother for anything like most places do if things aren't exactly as they should be. The food at the hotel, the service and even the bar band in the casino were great. a perfect mini vacay. :)

    Fair 4.0
    Non stop hilarity
Where to start... I booked a jetted tub suite, at quite a premium over other nearby hotels. I had to sign a tablet reimbursement document, saying that there was a complimentary tablet in the room to use for our stay. There was none present. Kinda concerned me that I may end up paying for something that was never there to start... The kleenex box had a total of 3 tissues that had been jammed unceremoniously back in to the box. The box was never replenished. I found a long black hair sticking out from a towel on the rack. We couldn't find the light switch for the bedroom, and as it turns out it was pinned behind the wall mounted tv amongst all the wires and plugs. To top it all off, in a room designed to accommodate 4 people, there was a Keurig machine with only 1 coffee, and 1 tea. We called the front desk, and first received a message saying no one was at the front desk, and to leave a message. I ended up going down to the front desk. The front desk clerk was pleasant enough, but was obviously handcuffed. A man that I believe was the (night?)manager, came up a few minutes later, with 2 new towels, buried his arm behind the tv, flipped on the bedroom light as if we were idiots that couldn't find the light switch, dropped of 2 towels, and left without an apology, or even feigned concern. The remainder of our 2 night stay continued much the same. You can tell it is not a chain hotel, by the lack of consistency in the housekeeping & guest experience.

    Very good 8.0
    It was a hot night...
Was impressed with check in, the fact that the room had real coffee cups, and fresh cream in the fridge. Biggest complaint - could not adjust temperature in the room. At all. It was hot. Noticed after going to a co cert in the chrome showroom. Called when back in the room at 11:30. They offered to send maintenance up but honestly didn't want to wait and then be up another hour or?? Mentioned it the next morning when checking out and all she said was I'm sorry. Was thinking maybe a discount or offer of some sort.
