    media and extras disappoint

    No doubt this is a good hotel, with modern facilities and great staff, but a combination of elements lowered my score. The hotel offer looked good, but undelivered. TV system offered both domestic and international channels, but most international channels didn't work, there were no on demand or satellite channels. wifi costs were extra apart from the lobby, this should be included as standard in all hotels. The sauna cost extra as sold as part of a spa circuit although not advertised as such on their website. and breakfasts fell short of my preferences. Milk left at room warm temperature and took 2 staff to provide enough cold milk for 1 bowl of cereal. Hot food look unappetising and pastries looked good but dry. By far the weakest breakfast in the 7 hotels I used on this trip.

    Hilton Buenavista Toledo, good hotel,poor location

    Beautifully restored with elegant lounge/lobby area and huge, tastefully decorated bedroom. Disappointing buffet breakfast not in keeping with overall high standard of hotel. Light meal in lounge well cooked and presented and service was consistently high throughout. Hotel's location less than convenient to City Centre was the only other disappointment.

    Really good

    The hotel is just great. Beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The service is outstanding and we felt welcome and cared for every time we encountered a hotel employee. Looking forward to going back to indulge in the Spa and restaurant.
