Stayed 4 nights. Staff very helpful. Meals in the bar and breakfasts were very good.

Nothing special but does the job
Clean and tidy hotel. Staff service overall was a little inattentive but some bright spots Lifts are terrible and u have to wait a ridiculous time even with 3 of them Food in bar was decent and some good ales available Breakfast was standard hotel buffet for price and quality. Beware of a room alongside the main road as its VERY noisy and windows are not very effective. Room comfort overall was good and shower was very good. No issues staying here again as it meets its price range for a short stopover

Nice hotel but a few issues
The hotel is clean, modern, well located within walking distance of the city centre and the harbour front. The room had a view of the sea. However, it was let down by the car parking situation (hotel only has a "discount" between 5pm-11am and it's not really a discount. Called the hotel for assistance trying to work out how to pay the parking fee - no answer. Walked up to reception and didn't get much hep so just paid the car park rate. Checkin took ages due to lack of staff. The room itself was decent but the doors all banged shut really badly so it was a noisy night. Shame really as it is perfectly located.

Highly recommend
Second time here in two months and another very enjoyable stay. Lovely staff and the hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely stay again.
