6/10 Good

This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I will be feeling this all week. On the upside this was probably the best shower I have ever taken in a hotel. Large shower, no tub to step into, super hot water and amazing water pressure.

Pool and Hot tub were great. Breakfast was great. Courteous staff. There are a number of spots throughout property that need attention to have better cosmetic look.

Everything was clean and nice. The lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming. The only complaint are that the outlets in our bathrsoom wouldn't work. And the furniture in the dining area was old and very worn.

6/10 Good

Had no handicap room, and no handicap curb ramp. Had a ground floor room farthest away from the lobby but close to the exit door which would have been nice except the card sensor in the door did not work. You could leave out it but not enter. Plus that same door did not close, you had to hold on and pull it closed. Beds were good. Will not stay there again.

I had a great time at this location. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the hot showers were a nice touch. Plus, it was conveniently located near the event I was attending.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is in a great location overall, though our navigation app had trouble. The hotel was very clean and the room was in good shape. The pool area seemed well-maintained. The breakfast might be the only “mid” part because the eggs appeared to be of the powdered variety. As the eggs with a free breakfasr was the only “sort of” negative, I would anticipate staying here again when I come back to Bella Vista.

Clean room, we stayed for 3 nights, no room service unless requested (I think). Breakfast was the same every day. Parking was good. Safe and well lit

We travel around for softball tournaments quite often and I am always looking for a clean, affforable places where we can rest well. Comfort Inn has been my “go-to” lately because we are always pleased with our stay without paying crazy prices. The Comfort Inn in Bentonville-Crystal Bridges has been my favorite so far!

We really didn’t spend much time in our room but what we did it was nice
Verified review

6/10 Good

This place looked good on paper, but the air conditioning in my room was either not working or inadequate for 100 degree weather. I basically had to sleep with half a top sheet. The bathroom sink water never got warm and the drain was very slow. In this day and age I was very disappointed that there was no USB-C charging outlet in the room. And one more thing few people would be concerned about, but the staircases were inconveniently located at the end of the hallways. It would have been nice to a have stairs near the very slow elevator. Parking was good, however and the location was convenient. The staff I interacted with were efficient and friendly. I just did not get anything close to a good night's sleep.

4/10 Fair

The staff was very friendly. The room seemed nice but we woke up to our luggage and clothing inside being wet from the ac unit leaking water. After waking, we headed down for breakfast and there was an insect on my plate.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. Fridge(no Freezer section) and microwave in room. Parking on site.

Great overall! Felt safe and comfortable. Clean room, staff were friendly, enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok, not too many fresh options. Pillows in our room were square and extremely firm, so a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.
