Good
The hotel itself was amazing. The room was cozy and the staff was very helpful. What was frustrating was that the people in the room next to us seemed to want to smoke weed half the night and our room smelled like that for hours. They were also REALLY loud.

Update your website
The problem is that we were led to believe that the hotel’s pool and hot tub were open from your website but in fact was not. This is one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel.

Poor service
Overpriced and not comfortable. COVID may have exacerbated this experience but the Westin did nothing to try and improve my experience during COVID.

Nice hotel, but some things lacking
The Westin is a very nice hotel. We were able to get a nice sized room for a very good price. With COVID, their restaurant and room service were not open, which was understandable. Their little store had enough snacks for us. The room was very spacious. You can tell it was a room that they keep open for 3rd party booking sites. The main area light had space for 5 lightbulbs but only had one. There was a burnt out light in the bathroom too, and a couple of stains and hairs that were in the bathtub as well. Overall the hotel was very nice and we had a good time, but you could tell we were given the "third party booking room" for our stay. Would like to go back when things are open again.

Will go Elsewhere
Stayed here bc we had to be out of our house for a part of our home remodel-we also worked while we were staying here so it wasn’t really a staycation- more like a buisness trip. Not terrible but would not stay here again- it’s Covid- none of the amenities were available to us as then in room entertainment is very basic cable and doesn’t even have on demand?? Or a way to connect to Netflix? Bathroom needs an update- corner broken off the Mirror. Stain in the toilet. Shower was small and lukewarm at best both am and pm. Key didn’t work the second night... after a long day that is SUPER annoying. Little things make or break a hotel experience and although I usually like the Westin chain, I will not stay here again.

Pretty good
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are a little out dated. Asked for a high floor level with a view and got a 3x4 window facing an office building 10 feet away. Service is good. Pretty expensive for what you get plus parking is $25 per night so that adds up quickly
