    Happy campers.
We were greeted on arrival by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. Sure the bathroom decor is a little outdated, but if you expect high end luxury fittings, go book and pay for that. It is always good to have tea and coffee making facilities, unlike most European hotels. This is especially welcomed by Aussie travellers. The guest laundry was an added bonus too, as was the complimentary breakfast. It was a pleasure to be served by staff who are so helpful, and appear to actually enjoy what they do. Highly recommend this Residents Inn.

    General
The room was great fully equipped and the staff at reception were very nice. The location is very central. It is situated next to a huge electrical transformer so gives a strange feeling of an industrial zone. The breakfast area is small compared to the size of the hotel. There were long lines to the food and to the seating which was also densly occupied and worse of all the food finished very quickly and we were left with very little .

    Great place!
Although our king suite wasn't ready for an early check-in as requested, the staff were lovely and welcoming and went out of their way to help. Once we did check in, the room was great and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was delicious and sizable, and we would happily come back here again!

We were very well pleased with the exception of housekeeping service one day. Otherwise, very good.

Nice hotel for our Toronto stay
Hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast buffet and amenities. Biggest complaint is that the valet parking was $50 per day! I asked at the hotel and at the valet stand if there were alternatives and they were very uncooperative and acted like there was nothing else available. After walking around, found that there were plenty of alternatives, and I feel they should be up front about that.
