Birthday weekend getaway.
This was a romantic birthday weekend getaway for my wife. The hotel maintains all the character in charm of a 20s and 30s hotel. The service between the front desk, parking attendant, restaurant and bar service and housekeeping were fantastic. All very friendly and attentive to any of your needs. Location of the hotel is fantastic for our weekend. Can’t wait to spend another night there in the future.

Quick check in. Hotel better than I expected being in the middle of Downtown Los Angles . Small but cozy. Room was just as pictured . It’s nay valet parking . But we were lucky and found a parking spot metered right in front. Front desk was awesome they were kind and friendly. I left my purse in the room. Spazzed out for two hours crying and screaming . And lo and behold I get a call from the hotel about two hours in from looking all over and the maid found my purse . I was grateful . The $30 room credit allowed us to get coffee and orange juice and danishes. I will stay here again

Amazing hotel- ok service
Love this boutique hotel. This is my second time staying here. I wasn’t aware when I checked in at 6 pm that I had a daily credit for the two day stay. I had already had dinner before arriving and didn’t use my first $30. Was pretty disappointed when I was told on day two that the first $30 couldn’t roll over. Seems like a reasonable ask and expected to be treated better as a retuning guest.
