チェックイン時間を過ぎているのに、汚れたバスタオルの山が廊下にあったり、トイレにトイレットペーパーの芯が置きっぱなし。 ロビーでのドリンク注文にもスマホでログイン登録が必要だったり、朝食のご飯はカピカピだったりと、サービスレベルが一般のビジネスホテル以下でした。海外ではよく見かけますが、日本人は泊まらないと思います。部屋はきれいだったのに、せっかくの息抜き旅行が台無し。ヒルトン系にはもう泊まりたくないです。
