The house has large rooms and very comfortable beds. Things are a bit mismatched, but some might find that charming. Breakfast was good and they were accommodating of time change. The hosts left keys for us and we were the only guests. I spoke on the phone with the wife and saw the husband at breakfast. That was the extent of the contact...they were pleasant people. There was no wifi in the room. I was told that it might be better downstair. It was slightly better, but I shouldn't have to leave my room and go downstairs to get a signal. I paid for wifi as well as a bed and breakfast. I only got two out of three.

Wonderful, but....
Everything was great, except for the bed. The bed was too soft, very squeaky, and extremely uncomfortable. The home is beautiful, the breakfast was exquisite, made to my gluten free needs, which was amazing and unexpected. Wonderful place, but needs a new bed.

Chris was extremely attentive in every way. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable! I loved the way the house is decorated! I will stay there the next time I go to Rome!

Claremont House Bed & Breakfast
It was a very nice place, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. It needs a little upkeep, both inside and out, but it's a huge property. The breakfast was very good - omelet, home-made biscuits, fruit. Internet reception was fine. Close to downtown. Very noisy family next door with a crying baby into the late night. We could hear them in the bathroom (kind of embarrassing) as they gargled, too. Suggestion: get a few dehumidifiers to remove a slight musty odor. I liked it and if we are ever in that area again, we would probably stay there.
