Comfortable hotel, good location in central Tokyo
We arrived very late to hotel but there (just before 1am local time) and there were staff there patiently waiting for us and checked us in with no trouble. Great location from where we could explore the rest of the city from. Metro station just down the road and couple of Seven eleven stores with atm's not far either. Room we had was small but comfortable with all the amenities needed for a stay. Above all it was clean and tidy throughout, no hygiene issues.

Small but perfect
Room was small but staff were always extremely helpful and spoke a good amount of English- very happy with the stay!

Tiny but cosy little room!
The stay was in a great location close to many eateries and convenient stores. It was a very close stroll to the akasaka metro station found just outside the hotel. The room was tiny and as we had two large luggages it made it impossible to have a walk way as the luggages were in the way. Something we didn't expect! We knew the rooms would be tiny bit not this squishy! All in all a cosy hotel with friendly staff. Some couldn't speak English very well but managed to find one or two who could. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to friends and family as the location is a winner.

Great base in Tokyo
Great place right near the station entrance and right near loads of shops, bars and restaurants. Room small but as expected by Japanese standards. Only drawback was no English language channel on the TV (unless I missed it). We would definitely stay here again.

Surely to use next time
Very good location, simple facility but satisfied with their service, amenities (you can pick them up by yourself at lobby). It was typhoon day when I stayed, but I didn’t even wake up when outside was extremely windy. Sound proof was perfect, too.
