Do not leave your belongings
Spent three nights After first night, cleaner did not take rubbish on plastic bags on the floor and bathroom Second day, after we came back from sightseeing, realised door was NOT locked but OPENED entire day Nothing was stolen but also none was compensated so it turned out to be nightmare It was just simply the hotel forgot to 'close' our door so if you wish to stay there that is far from station with rubbish remaining and most importanly no security, please go ahead as we are never going back.

Great hotel
Nice comfortable hotel, no issues. About 8 min walk from the nearest station, but there are tons of restaurants/bars/entertainment there so was fine.

Very happy with our experience
PLUS: The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Akasaka-mitsuke station, very convenient for getting around. We arrived 2 hours before checkin time but our room was available at the time so we were allowed to checkin early without any additional cost. Our room was very clean and tidy. The space was enough to lay open 2 large luggages and there was still a bit of room to comfortably walk around. We loved the warming function of the toilet seat. There was a mini bar though we didn't use but we thought the prices were very reasonable it's not like other hotels where the prices are scaled up. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast selection as it seemed there were the same things on the buffet everyday. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again when we come back to Tokyo next time.
