We vacationed here in late May with our young adult children and had a delightful time. The two pools have beautiful views and we also enjoyed evening aperitif's on the deck overlooking the lake. The staff was extremely helpful in answering our questions and when asked, shared their favorite place to get gelato (Sirmione has more gelato stores than you can count). The recommendation did not disappoint! Breakfast had plenty of delicious offerings for everyone's tastes, and again, the views from inside or the deck were gorgeous. Another plus is that the hotel is in easy walking distance of Sirmione with its attractions, yet off the beaten path enough to feel like a retreat. We loved our stay!

A lovely hotel with impeccable staff who provide a high level of service and attention to their guests. Our room (for 2 adults a child) was very spacious with a wrap around balcony, and although I'd say it was a little dated with limited clothes storage space for 3 (and a slightly impractical bath shower that flooded the floor with every shower we took), nevertheless, this was made up for by the cleanliness of absolutely everything! Breakfast was fairly simple with limited choice, which isn't a bad thing. And what was provided was served with such attention by the funny and caring staff. The pool areas had plenty of sun loungers, including over the decked area beside the lake, so it was never an issue with getting hold of one. The hotel grounds are well maintained with beautiful lanscaping, and is located in such a convenient location just around 5 minutes from the main squares in town next to the castle. We would definately recommend this hotel to stay in if you are considering staying in Sirmione.

Location of this property is fabulous, lovely spa, great pools, BUT, although the property has been recently renovated, there are some things that we found very frustrating - beds not comfy at all and they were two single beds pushed together in a way that made it uncomfortable as a couple. Zero sound insulation so unfortunately we heard everything that the neighbouring room chose to do - their tv echoed into our room and it was impossible to get any peace. Staff largely kind but we did also have an incident where the cleaning staff barged into our room at 9pm without knocking and waiting which was very embarrassing.
