It was a horrible experience. I confirmed my resignation, when i arrived at the hotel (late arrival which was confirmed) there was no one at the desk. A sign said "were assisting another guest" so i waited. After 30 minutes no one arrived so I called the property. No answer, I called the property manager from a business card on the counter, no answer. The hotel was a ghost town for employees. Other guests were walking around. No staff, no security, no one. After 3 hours Hotels.com sent me to a different hotel. I left my name and number but no one called me back. Horrible customer service!!! Parking was also a nightmare because I was pulling a trailer. Very tight parkinglot. Also gps took me to the building down the block.

If you are going to stay here, don't expect a nice relaxing stay. They allow the place to be used by locals to hold child parties, overrunning all floors of the hotel and the pool area—which had to be closed 2 times because of puking children! Running, screaming kids down the halls at all hours. Horrible. They know of this because they hire a police officer to monitor the place on weekends! PLUS the front desk seems to be run by teenagers, with no customer service skills at all. Upon checking into our room when there were things missing from our room, and we called to ask to have a luggage holder sent up they lied, (our traveling companions in the next room had one) and when we requested towels nope, a few hand towels and scratchy pool towels was all we could get. The price they charge is not worth it. We will NOT stay here again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This hotel claims to have an airport shuttle, but when I called from the airport they said no one was available to drive. Also: there are no taxi companies or Ubers in the area. I eventually made my way to the hotel, confirmed twice (once with manager, once with desk clerk) that I would definitely have an airport shuttle the following morning. In the morning, desk clerk said there was no shuttle. When I assured him that I was promised one (and needed one!), he became irate and hostile, raised his voice (I was calm), accused me of lying. The desk clerk remained hostile-verging-on-violent as I calmly tried to problem solve with him. So I'm stuck at 4:30 in the morning with no shuttle and no cab. Luckily, another customer in the parking lot was going to the airport and kindly gave me a ride. The hotel itself is nice enough, but they lie about having a shuttle, and the customer service is appalling, and they care nothing about leaving a customer stranded in the dark early in the morning with no way to get to the airport. Stay somewhere else!

It was horrible, the police had to come because people were running and jumping so bad tge light fixtures were shaking. Then the hotel charged 229.00,156.00,25.00,25.00,113.00,156.00 off my card and say they are putting the accidental charges back.
