Great stay for a solo traveler!
I had arrived to Auckland late at night following a delay and the hotel staff were on top of it with good communication to allow me to arrive after hours. Cozy, clean, comfortable stay in a quiet area with free on-site parking. Recommend!

It was the worst hotel experience ever. Described as close to aiport. Cost me 50 dollars as it was nowhere near the airport and in the middle of a trading estate. I was promised a deluxe room on the ground floor with queen sized bed. I arrived at 3am and as im disabled i didnt expect to be having to go downstairs to the basement. I couldn’t carry my case downstairs, got in room it was dirty. The fridge wasn't plugged in so i couldn’t store my medicines safely. No deluxe bed faced wit 2 twin single beds. There was no water i the fridge and the tap water was brown. Disgusting. The manager Rita was there in the morning when i checked out. She was so dismissive about my concerns and totally denied booking my room and agreeing with all i had paid for. She told me to ring hotels.com and that she couldn't help me. I had to show her the emails she had sent me. She was aggressive and was making personal calls whilst i was complaining to her. Other people were complaining at the same time and waiting behind me to complain. She stole my electronic cigarette and then denied she had and it was on her desk. She was so shocking and ive never been so let down. She knew i was disabled and just dismissed me like i had no value.she offered me 10 percent from the payment i had made for that booking. I had also prepayed for another stay on my return visit to new zealand. She said she could cancel that or refund me. Im waiting to hear from hotels .com who have been difficult to get any help
