Excellent hotel and rooftop bar. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Front desk reception team were very helpful and professional, especially Zheila and Karen. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff service was very good. Location may at first feel far from Gotenborg central however it’s actually only a short 10 mins tram ride and you can use the free ferry to cross over to an upscale area that has lots of restaurants with 10 mins. Definitely recommend Clarion Pier Hotel!

The service from every member of staff who we spoke to was excellent. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic. There was an excellent choice of good quality food. Nice hotel in silent area with serviceminded staff. Nice modern rooms, good bed and very good breakfast. Roodtop bar with nice view. Parking under hotel and also on the side( other company). Ferry right outside the hotel to central Gøteborg in weekdays. Another ferry 10 min walk in weekends. Bus and tram stop 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. 3 days pass cost a about 240 SKR and allows you to go by ferrys, trams and busses
