Wonderful find. At the time I did my reservation almost every hotel was already booked. I picked this property because it was 15 days old, so I imagined it was clean. (I write this because unfortunately for the price I paid almost all the hotels on that price range are old, dirty and have very bad customer service). To my surprise, it was the contrary. What a great experience. The hotel is brand new, the customer service is superb, the rooms are spacious, the A/C works perfectly which is not normal in that price range. Amenities are also superb. They have free cold water in a container at all times. (Plain and fruity) Free coffee and tea. (The coffee machine is excellent, with all the varieties at your disposal) All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful with a special mention to Jaqueline the manager. (She’s truly attentive to your necessities) The area is very safe, clean and quiet. Is not in the heart of Paris but you have the esplanade de la defense 2 blocks away with the line 1 (which runs along the Av. Champs-Élysées and Louvre museum) in the same esplanade. I’m looking forward to my future stays in this chain. (Aparthotels) Thanks to all the staff for making my stay comfortable and stress free.
