Yeah, unfortunately, had a really horrible experience here. It may be partly due to the way they categorize rooms, but it didn’t work out for my disabled mom and my 20-year-old son at all. My messages were ignored and they ended up having to leave the hotel after their first night out of three because their basic advanced request of needing beds rather than one double (for obvious reasons) could not be accommodated. One refund was offered. Super disappointed

Pictures are very deceptive. A lot of the rooms need updating as they do not feel modern at all! It looked outdated and unclean. The main bedroom didn’t even have proper lighting and we had to rely on the hallway light to see properly. Cleaning of the rooms before we got there was one of the worst I have ever come across. We had to do some cleaning ourselves especially as we had a young child running around. Which is unacceptable given the price to stay here. Often we would come back and wonder if rooms had been cleaned properly despite seeing cleaners. There were empty food bags that were left out as our bins were full and we would come back to still find them there. Overall I would say best thing about the place is the location. Literally close to a lot of restaurants and shops etc.

Disappointing was the breakfast not being provided to us despite our booking including it. Clean room and staff were nice. Property is close to the Metro and just across from Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. We were happy with our stay due to convenience/proximity to places we wanted to visit. My only complaint was on one Saturday morning, across the street maybe around 5 or 5:30am, several deliveries were made. You can hear the forklift, metal banging, unloading of goods, etc. Pretty annoying when you still want to sleep in. But overall, it was still a good stay.
