Maly Krakow Aparthotel

Very central hotel. Five minute walk from train station, if you arrive on plane just catch the train from there to Kraków glowny for 9pzl. Takes about 25 mins.the train station also has many shops and is like a Westfield at home in Australia so we managed to get our daily supply of nibbles from Carrefour supermarket. Easy ten minute walk from hotel to central market area, where daily food stalls are set up so a variety of delicious food to eat. Easy walk to sights everywhere. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Room consisted of two single beds which were quite small for us tall Aussies but they did the job as we would get in late and only for sleeping. There is a cold water machine in reception so could fill up water bottles regularly. Room also had jug and shampoo and lotion. Quiet room and hotel. Fre wifi worked well except you had to keep logging in constantly. We didn't have the breakfast there as lots of bakeries around and very cheap. One across the road sold good coffee and sweet and savoury.

Daughter and I stayed 2 nights. Room was very nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful when prearranged ride to airport did not show up. The location was nice. Short walk into center.

Wonderful staff in a humble but very nice hotel. Highly recommended. Very well located with excellent parking.

It was a cozy room that included a kitchenette. It was a lovely surprise!

We stayed here on 11/19th & 20th (2017). We selected this location as it was extremely close to Krakow Glowny (Main Train Station). We knew from the pictures that the rooms were small and out of date. That is not our complaint. Our complaint was that we had no heat on the first night and when addressed with the front desk - nothing could be done. The people next to us (again, hostel clientele) were very loud and again, no help. The biggest complaint was that the radiators knocked all night despite no heat was coming out. Try sleeping next to the radiator (~ 18" away) with frequnet knocking. As in above, there was nothing that the staff could do. I have a video, which is not allowed on Hotels.com, for 63 seconds - 46 clicks that I could hear recorded on our phone. The gap between the radiator & bed is attached. I've learned my lesson and not to stay in cheap places. They cut corners in the wrong places. We stayed elsewhere on the second night.
