Fantastic hotel in a great location
We were looking for a nice hotel within easy walk of the old town - we were not disappointed, this hotel could not have been better. Just around the corner from the old town, 5 - 10 mins walk to the main square. We had a superior double room & it was lovely, especially the bathroom, the glass was so clean between the shower & toilet cubicle that my husband walked into it!! We had a room on the top floor & it was super quiet. The bar was a nice place to relax after a long day walking around Krakow & the staff were really helpful & friendly. We would definitely return.

Great location but shame about the cleaning staff.
Really nice hotel, great location, modern and clean. Comdy beds, large bathroom and breakfast amazing. However our room was opposite the cleaners storage room at 7am each morning they were banging, shouting really loud and i had to out ans tell them to be quiet and they ignored me. On the day we left the cleaner came into our room at 9.30am tapping her watch because she wanted us out, so she could clean. Checkout was 10am. She was very rude.

Stop removing comforts and required items
Hotel continues to put weird policies in place vs guest comfort and convenience. 1. No soaps, sewing kits or other in rooms any more - all removed 2. Irons and boards are now in the basement meaning you need to trudge all your stuff around - used to be placed in the rooms which is helpful as a business traveler. Overall nice but going backwards

Great modern hotel. Nice restaurant for breakfast and great hotel bar serving great cocktails, really cheap. I was upgraded on arrival to a suite which was lovely. Brilliant location to get to the main square and shopping mall. The only negative was the air conditioning and the gym. The room was just too warm, even though there were 2 AC units in my suite, they literally blew out nothing. The gym was a tiny room, with 4 pieces of cardio (one of which was out of order) and a few free weights, plus it was really warm in there. As a big gym user, sadly this would put me off staying here again, everything else about this hotel I loved. Friendly staff too.
