4/10 Fair

The pros - it’s clean and relatively not expensive compared to other available options in Newport. The cons - the basics are lacking. You can hear every noise from outside the hall and lobby, the beds are terrible, and you can’t call the breakfast offered a real breakfast. We stayed one night and couldn’t wait to leave already.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a lovely two night stay. The rooms were very clean, and the sitting area comfortable. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours and the continental style breakfast was nice.

A very quite place to stay if you are looking to stay away from a populated area location that can bring a lot more activity with added noise. Location is a short driving distance to a lot of activity. They also have a sister location with more offerings.

10/10 Exceptional

Absolutely beautiful, quaint place to stay! We stayed in the presidential suite, which had 2 king beds and a nice sitting area. The room was nice and clean, and perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is lovely too! Very helpful and even let us know another one of their properties had a pool for our kids to use (since this propery does not have a pool). We genuinely enjoyed our stay! 🙂

Location was great. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and have an old-fashioned kind of ambiance. Staff was friendly. More than adequate breakfast choices.

The hotel was very close to all the scenic spots. The staff was helpful. The rooms where clean and there was a pick and go breakfast sandwiches, juices and snacks. Plenty of parking. They are not pet friendly but did make a special arrangement with me and my small dog. I am very grateful.
